Memorial House Museum of D. Yavornytsky – is dedicated to the historian, archaeologist, researcher of the Zaporozhian Cossacks Dmytro Yavornytsky. Opened in 1988, it is located in the house (built in 1905), where Yavornytsky lived and worked. The museum, interior was restored as it was in the 1930s during the life of Yavornytsky and contains an office, a living room and an entrance hall. The exhibition of the museum includes a large number of personal belongings, working documents and historical sources, owned by Dmytro Yavornytsky.

The Technical Museum of the Time Machine – is a museum of retro cars, which was opened in 2014 by the collector Mykhailo Prudnikov. This is the second museum of rare cars in Ukraine. The museum collected about 50 cars of the 1960-1970’s. Here you can see “Zaporozhets”, “Zhiguli”, “Pobeda” and “Chaika” models of different years of release. There are also racing cars and trucks, motorcycles and scooters. Refueling stations, telephone booths and soda machines in the hall represent the atmosphere of the city streets in the 1970s. The museum itself is located in an abandoned manufactory of thermoplastic automatic machines near the city center (44, Mandrykivska Street). The museum has a retro-café.

The house-museum of O. Blavatska -is dedicated to the outstanding explorer of ancient teachings, philosopher and writer Olena Blavatska. The house-museum is located in the estate, which in the period of 1816 – 1834 belonged to the grandfather of O. Blavatska – A. Fadieev. In 1987, the house received the status of a monument of history and culture of the XIX century, and a memorial board was erected in honour of O. Blavatska. In 2004 it was decided to create here a museum centre dedicated to O. Blavatska and her family members, who also left their mark in history. The museum is now under development and hosts pilot expositions, meetings, lectures and excursions. There is a library at the museum too.

The Aerospace Museum – is the only one in Ukraine, opened in 1996 at the A. Makarov National Centre for Aerospace Education of Youth. The Centre is the only organization in Ukraine engaged in the formation of youth’s interest in aviation and cosmonautics, research activities, as well as involving young people in fulfilling the tasks of the national space program of Ukraine. The museum is a large-scale exposition of rocket and space technology and advanced technologies. The exposition of the museum consists of full-scale exhibits of aggregates that are part of different missile systems, visual information about the Earth in the optical infrared and microwave ranges of the spectrum obtained from the “Sich 1” and “Okean-O” satellites. Lectures on the history of cosmonautics are held in the exhibition hall.

The Interpipe NTRP Museum – is a plant museum where you can learn about the formation and development of the Nyzhniodniprovskyi Pipe Plant, founded in 1891. The museum has a rich fund of great historical value: over 50,000 exhibits, 210 of which are part of the Museum Fund of Ukraine. Today Interpipe NTRP is one of the largest manufacturers of steel pipes in Europe.
